What in the hell were they apologizing for?? That is a massive strategic error.
Yepp, I filed a lawsuit against a hair Comb company recently because I'm bald you see !, and I want to know what they, as a hair comb company were thinking, selling combs, when there's bald folk like me around. :). lol
