How can someone see this mate without use of computer? Is this some Grandmaster thing? How to think in such a complex way. What makes mind think of such moves. I cannot think of such moves without computer.

looks like a 2300 to 2400 tactic puzzle... pretty straight forward.
It is a hard to find queen sac for some, an easy mate in five for others.
Well as you can see not everyone is the same level as you might be there are lots of stronger players than you I think people can calculate that pretty often and yes it is possible, obviously we can see Magnus Carlsen and all the players from NM and up are capable of calculating.

It's a completely forced sequence and just looking at it you can see that it's tactically very dangerous. In a short time control you could easily miss it, but in a long time control you ought to at least have a look at the queen sacrifice and see if it works.
