The best Lichess update so far!

in the most resent Lichess update, the minimum rating is already 400!
This is great news, for weak chess players who now have the opportunity to reach new hights in low rating,( i know this sound stupid, but that's what i came up with) as well as a new opportunity for experiments with lichess rating.
puzzle rating is also lowered to 400. For me, that's the best update so far.Keep it on lichess!

I'm confused about why this is a good thing.

Yeah, I mean besides the 400 minimum rating lichess does have some great update features and for weak players its a very good start at 400 since they can rise and comeback with full force.

My sibling is a 300 rated player on chess.com but and it takes a lot of matches to reach 400 rating so now on lichess he wont go below a rating of 400
