Alr no public shaming but one of my recent opponents played 4 games against me and I won the first game and I lost the other 3 and all the games were really close and when I offered a rematch like I had the past 4 games he blocked me and declined the rematch. Like Ik this isn’t really against the Lichess guidelines but he was higher rated and it was pretty frustrating to get blocked for no reason at all and like I said the games were really close so I wanted to play some more. He prob has blocked 1000 people by now. (This is just a rant against a bad sport so have any of you encountered similar stuff?)
@Bored_2_Death Same happened ot me on an old account which is closed now... i got blocked by a 1700 rapid player for beating them...

@kaissa44 Yeah there are just bad sport out there but the person who blocked me even beat me 3-1 smh I just offered a rematch.

They care so much about their rating that they want to get reported
I understand @Bored_2_Death this is the same with me. Whenever I have bad feeling I explain it with my little brother.
@ExplosiveNitrogen Rating isn’t that important for me, I just focus on improving cause after you improve your rating naturally rises so yea idk why people care so much about rating (unless they’re like #2 in the world and they’re 1 point from #1 or smth) and I would tell my mom or dad cause my sister’s way too young but they have business meetings rn.
If they chose not to play you anymore that's their choice. It would not have been "for no reason"...they had their reasons,whatever they may have been.Don't worry about it.
@bunyip They could’ve simply declined my rematch. Blocking me over it is 100% unnecessary. If that was the logic next time I would block everyone I face.
