After e4 Nc6 Nf3 Nb4 in 3Check my Stockfish engine wants to play the move Ba6?? (+0.9), this move is shown as cloud move. You can also see it here in the engine graph as well: https://lichess.org/XefSDWR8 . But when playing the logical move Nc3, the white advantage rises again to +5. I also tried this in analysis board, where Stockfish also wants to move Ba6.

I checked and it's showing -3.9 after Ba6 to me.
@ProdigyChessClub after ba6 its -1 after my engine (still cloud, deep 23)
Cloud evals in variants, especially three-check, are known to be bugged sometimes. Ba6 likely comes from an antichess cloud eval. For me it seems to be fixed now however, and I don't see Ba6 as a cloud suggestion.
@Fritzi_2003 its a known problem, that sf sometimes suggests antichess moves. It happens for the first 2 moves of crazyhouse analysis, but I didn't know it happened in 3+.
