Best openings for black

It's the Caro Kann not the Khan.

It has nothing to do with Mir Sultan Khan...
Do not play any Pirc or Kings Indian Defenses.
They will violate your opening principles and you will often get horrid results and a low rating.

Sort depends on you definition on lower levels. B6 in lichess 1800 level makes on drops b winning chance in e4 game just from 45% to 44%. In masters database drop is bigger. So it is a decent choice even at your level. Also for OP level it fine.

In my experience the problem with Pirc among lower rated players is that many play it without understanding the opening but rather as an excuse for playing passively and waiting what does white come with. (This approach is also often seen in French and Caro Kann.)

If there is an opening that goes against opening principles but lets you get away with it, it's IMHO rather Scandinavian, especially the traditional 2... Qxd5 flavour.
you mean against best play of white?

there is no best opening
( what do you think! if there were, no one would play anything else !! )

you choose by which resulting type of positions suit you ( open, closed, flanks, king's \ queenside play, symmetric \ asymmetric, early exchanges into early endgame, ... ) or by which possible plans there are to pursue that suit you.

find out!

At my level b6 for me always leads to worse positions

Its closed and in a lot of cases white gets the advantage

People play c3 and its down a tempo so it just doesn't work if your opponent knows how to play

Op and me are around the same level so I don't know what you're talking about
