#7, I don't think you can start a game with time odds.
It is possible to play with time odds by using the "+" button which adds time to your opponent or vice versa.
Doesn't matter if the game is rated or casual.

#9 please remove en passant checkmate captchas. They are annoying. I got one one post ago.
