Your Network is poor, which means your wifi is weak. Lichess has to do nothing but you have to recharge for a fast network
I do slightly disagree, like 2-3 Weeks ago (commented in this Forum) some European ISPs struggle to connecto to lichess (based in France) ... It happens to mee too since like 48 hours. VPN does fix the problem, though it's not your WIFI.
Good afternoon guys ! Today I have two disconnects from lichess, the inrenet was ok, i could easly conect any other site besides Lichess.org. Seems it to be a ddos or you have internal problems?
Lichess admins are only responsible for server latency, which is fine as usual! They can't fix your connection or make light go faster!

Connection is bad = disconnection
Disconnection = lose points because it's annoying for your opponent when people leave mid game.
Solutions:
1) fix internet
