Having the same thing on Windows 10 with all updates and Firefox 146.0.1 (the latest). I noticed it yesterday, but the thing is that I don't remember when I updated Firefox. Maybe I updated it, then it worked for one day, and then the problem started. Or maybe I updated it and the problem started immediately. All I know is that I updated Firefox one day before going to bed, and it wasn't on the day the update launched, because I wait a while before accepting the updates.
I happen to have an old laptop with Win10 and Firefox 146.0.1 and it works fine for me
Do you see something in the browser console ?
Can you try and reset firefox to the default settings ? type about:support in the URL and then there is a button 'Repair firefox ...'

Just to add, this problem isn't there on Firefox (same version, the latest release, same addons, exact same configuration) on Windows 11 25H2. But does appear on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021. Since everything appears to work on Windows 11, I've switched to it for now.
Issue has magically fixed itself
