Learn from my games or from world champion

Why do i improve better by analizing 1 my loss in classical time than watching playing world champion for 2 hours?
The world champion is so much better than you that you wouldn't understand most of the reasons why he plays most of his moves. On the other hand, you know why you played what you played, and so you can improve on that.
Your own lost classical game. Identify your weakness and cure it.
World champion games are good, but seem so easy.
So you mean that analyze and try to learn 1 my game played quite poorly is better than watching player number 1 in the world?
I believe you learn as much from carefully studying and analyzing by yourself a world champion game, or carefully studying and analyzing your own game. You own game gives you better insight to your own play, but the world champ game gives insight into profound strategies and tactics. Plus, the world champ game is usually annotated by the champ or another top grandmaster, which you can go over (after you have done your own careful analysis) and understand chess even more.

So while watching two hours of the world champ play is fascinating entertainment, it does not help as much as self study. It is one step above watching a cat video, but not as cute.
