Man who solved chess in 19 moves whatever was played

Rumour has it that in 1923 there was a master who claimed to have solved chess within 19 moves WHATEVER his opponent played.
He contacted Capablanca and Alekhine and arranged to demonstrate his system to them at a hotel.
He first visited Capablanca's room and showed him the system, Capablanca was amazed and had to admit it worked.
He then went to Alekhines room and again demonstrated his system, whatever moves Alekhine made he was always beaten within 19 moves, again Alekhine was dumbfounded and amazed.
Do you know what Capablanca and Alekhine did next?

They killed him.
After a worried personal message sent to me by someone I have to confirm the story is NOT true...sigh
If you thought the rumour was credible and you're young, that's fair enough, your critical thinking skills aren't yet fully developed.

If you thought the rumour was credible and you're an adult, you might just have what it takes to be a modern day president of the united states. god bless america.
I actually learnt this technique to beat someone in 19 moves, once they make the 19th move i jump across the table and beat them on the head.....
(aint nobody checkmating me)
very wierd if the rumor was true alekhine and capblanca woul have been arrested and everyone would know
White plays 1. e4
