First of all, it is better for you to read the ToS :

He actually has played this week. I think the reason he is not on the leaderboard is that his second account is on the leaderboard (I think it is neslraCsungaM77).
I agree with VanillaMacchiato1 and think neslracsuingaM77 is muisback’s alt. And you’re only allowed to have one account on the leaderboards.
