As a mod somewhere else I can tell: the admins normally know for sure which accounts belong together. For example, they will know with which accounts I play my serious rated games.

Bypassing penalties, is that a bright idea? So I would use caution or as we say in German: „Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall.“

@lovlas kindly advice if stace and gtixadrex is one person with multiple accounts please.

We tolerate up to 2 accounts for people who don't abuse it but this is exactly the kind of thing that will get you banned.
