If you don't have discord I guess you can also write an email (lichess.org/contact#help-contact-other) but on discord it will be seen much faster as several devs hang around there. If you have the knowledge you can also write an issue on github.com/lichess-org/lila/issues.

You're saying the board orientation switches automatically for you. Does it coincide with any event such as an opponent move or new chat? Can you still move the pieces when this happens?

No, non of the above that you mentioned it happens when I pause on a move like someone is watching and is in control of that !

Well, I'm looking at the code and the only ways to flip board during a game is if 'f' key is pressed or a click on the board flip button. Something is generating these events on your PC and this is not a lichess issue. Try a different keyboard. Disable any kind of macro software or keyboard shortcut software you have installed. Check your PC for remote access trojans.

Unfortunately, I don't think Lichess can help you.
