Loose on time in non-winning positions

Hello.
Exists positions, like this: lichess.org/lN2xkqoY
Where winning (checkmate) impossible, doesn't matter how to play.

But if time over I loose. Is it correct?
By FIDE rules this is a draw, but it's hard to check algorithmically that "there is no legal move sequence leading to checkmate of the white king". Even Stockfish doesn't understand this and gives black an advantage. So of course there are positions where Lichess fails to apply this rule. However, probably they aren't likely to appear in the actual game.
It‘s not a chess position, must be some other game
- two black squared bishops, ok, I see; but 8 pawns?
Just created a half-decent game where a position like this can be reached.

Maybe someone can make a 0-0-0 game that reaches this position...

My mistake. Feel free to remove on bishop
