There is a channel in youtube that narrates the manga. It already finished season 3.
I have not seen the whole thing, but I think I am in what should be like s03 ep 6 or so.

There is certain spell.

Did you know in Diablo 2 the necro could raise skeleton spellcasters ?

Apparently I didnt spoiled anything, the Keywords were spellcaster and head and you didnt got it.

Ok Ill say it in a way you can understand.

Spoiler. Do not read if you dont want it spoiled. But I guess you want anyways.

There was a healer mage. His head got bitten and removed from his body, he died.

Sung Jinwoo used Arise on the mage.
Then he made the mage use heal on her.
She got healed.
Since the mage was a friend with Baek Yoonho and the guy didnt really liked to fight, Baek Yoonho told Sung Jinwoo to not make his friend fight unnecessarily.
Sung Jinwoo understood and released the mage.
He also used Arise on the bug, and now it is his strongest minion, and the bug can also use heal fyi.

Soon after Sung Jinwoo created a new agency with Yoo Jinho and the girl asked them if she could also be part of the agency. So she isnt a skeleton, and she isnt dead.

looks like we talk about different things, I got your idea of transparent healing, but I didn't know about that He ressurected healers that may heal better. I didn't said she is skeleton, it was a joke on your comment, I ve said , will he heal her somehow, due in last series after main ant fight, she was seriouysly wounded

He cant heal at all. He doesnt have that spell. Though he can spoonfeed his pots to others as he cant transfer them, he isnt a healer.

But I mean. Certain spell (Arise), spellcaster , lost head (dead spellcaster/healer).

Should have been pretty easy to connect the dots.
