im new in lichess but my friend is good at this but he cant help me,who can help me?

You! Only you can help yourself. Study the game on a real board with a real book

Here are some things that might help:
1. Study grandmaster games or other games on lichess
2. Practice some topics in the practice
3. Learn some opening moves
4. Play against varieties of players
5. Practice some puzzles.
If you also need help, you may go to a chess tutor.

First of all go trough the lessons here, and study some beginner or classic chessbooks. Also study some strong players games, find somebody who can be your "hero" and learn from him or her.

It will get you going ;-)

There are also a ton of free studies by community members who have broken down their favorite openings. But tactics, tactics, and more tactics, and reviewing your games are most important.
