Is this endgame won? If so, how?

Dear community,

I had this endgame recently and still don't know if there is a possibility to win for black.
The engine (on Lichess) suggests something like -3 but I am not sure if there is a feasible way to force a win.

What do you guys think?
Looks completely drawish.

I don’t know how the game had gone, but Black minimized his chances by

-rook in front of the pawn
-pushing it to far, a3 is often better. K sometimes finds shelter on a2.
-imprisoning his own K

Best is going for the 3 vs 2 rook endgame which is: a draw :)

PS: The rook was on a7 originally, wasn’t it? I just considered that case.
I agree with Sarg0n - the only way for Black to try to force a win here would be to 1) create another passed pawn, which is impossible due to the symmetrical structure, or 2) Walk the king over to support the a-pawn. The problem here is that there are no safe squares for the king on the a or b files - it will simply get checked infinitely.
Black to move probably wins with ...Kg7 walking to e3 or f2 (g2), Black to move ...Ra7!= with a likely draw.
just dont push g anf f pawn and only move rook and draw.
its a draw .. . . as white should not attempt progression & should not let the black king specifically to protect his pass pawn.
So I looked at it closely it is draw finally. I believe there is a misunderstanding of the position from the computer because i played as white after some analysis against stockfish he said -2 or something but i cannot win

@arjunjagan why should white advance his pawns ? He can just wait and draw
