Playing with flipped board

I use this account for playing with flipped board to improve my calculation.
Do you think that it would be useful?
i think it will help for sure, especially if you tend to overlook opponents threats

I'm playing in EVERY training session (OTB) min. 1 game with flipped board.
That is a well known training practice ...
If you feel like flipping the board, try taking a break to calm down.
I do that in slow time controls to get a feel of the psychological angle. Your moves look way scarier from the other guy's perspective, even if from yours they seem just average. I don't do it as training; I just flip the board for a bit in some key positions to get the intel and then flip it back.
