Despite the fact I'm an author for Chessable, and am a big advocate for their site, i'm confused by how slow the servers are.
When it comes to browsing content that I already own, it's fine and fast. However, for new accounts or browsing the online store, it's ridiculously slow.
Is this just me? Obviously the servers are not DOWN - just slow.

Very slow for me when reviewing variations or loading a course, I browse through my phone. I also notice the engine recommendations are absolutely mental sometimes- compared to Lichess and it takes far longer to get to certain depths.

I do wonder if its servers or something else. I'm not super tech savy but response and loading times are definitely slow and I know many people who complain about this also.
@userfriendly2 Yeah it never used to be like this though, I swear...
It was only when I tried to get my cousin to create an account, and the website timed out.
