Though in Blitz training your intuition is far more practical. It's definitely better than bullet for improvement. And, if you get to an endgame, you can practice trying to play it out with 30 seconds on the clock. Of course, another way to handle this is to play a Hyperbullet From Position in an endgame and then add 4:30 to your opponents clock. But just playing Blitz is more practical imo.
