I learned to type when it as a required class in high school. On manual typewriters. By the light of kerosene lamps. Prior to indoor plumbing.

Being 68 this year I can say with great confidence that I wish I was 35 again. That said, it's not going to happen. So while I can't go back to a younger body, I can age with some grace, living out the next 20 to 30 odd years as best I can.

No one gets out of life alive.
