Hello, everyone.
I just wanted to start a general thread about favorite chess books and authors. I haven't really read any chess books, and I want to start. I'd like to hear about books related to specific openings, phases (e.g. endgames), and even more general aspects of the game. Also welcome are more general recommendations about good authors, who perhaps have written many books. Thanks!
