Why don't you import the game? Then it's easier to look at.

From the notation I'm not sure where there even could be en passant. En passant requires a pawn two move to squares, landing next to an opponents pawn, which than can execute en passant. I could not see that at turn 37

I don't have any idea where would you want to capture en passant. Through the whole game only one pawn which crosses to opponent's half of the board is white's b-pawn and there is no pawn move by black between 31. b5+ and 35. b6.

And I don't know what you mean with en passant on move 37. In fact, there was never the option to capture en passant in the whole game.
