Wasn't bullet chosen in the titled arenas to reduce cheating?

yeah, this is blitz titled arenas, only that untitled players can also join, and play against the titled players:)

A tournament for titled players where non-titled players can play, too? Sorry, I do not get the point, it sounds like an open tournament.
