losing so much

hey guys i am losing so much that i am getting so much frustrated so what should i do?

It is very easy, if you are losing too much, just consider winning instead

Maybe you should take a break from a few games and do some puzzles and analyse your games to see where you are making mistakes.

it looks like ur loosing on time a lot in ur bullet games.

learning to control your thoughts and emotions is key in everything... your losing because either someone is outplaying you or your in your own head willing it to happen and your emotions are clouding your calculation ability or weakening it to an extent where your playing well below your average ability... we all have off and on days.. take a break, breath relax... nobody loses forever and its not like online chess play is everything.. maybe you need more time.. but definatley you need to learn to chill out , body and mind after all this is a deep mind game
