Time Ctrl: my rating dropped from 2115 to 1990... too many cheaters, play 3+2 - I tried it a bit, pretty fun.

U can play any amount of games!!

For the biggest inprovments I recommend to play daily 1-2 rapid games with increment i.e. 10+5 or even 15+10. Then analize it. If you have more time to spare you can also play some blitz. For example 3 times 5+3 or 5 times 3+2. But take breaks inbetween and analize.
Bullet should not be taken seriously and won't bring you much improvment. But if you just play for fun you can also play this. But i recommend to spend more time on rapid/slow blitz than on bullet.

Nearly 10000000000000 a day for 10 weeks will make you a GM but you need to analyse then carefully and make sure you do not make the same mistake again

And one thing I forget to tell you that they should be classical and be played on a chess board
