I KNOW MY RATING AND DEFINITELY IS NOT 2400, SHOWING THESE RATINGS AS THEY ARE IMPLY MANY GMS AND IMS, IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE A PERIODIC CORRECTION AND LOWER THEM DOWN WITH FOR EXAMPLE 200 POINTS TO HAVE THEM MORE INLINE WITH REALITY

Lichess rating is not fide rating so don't confuse it with it i see u r rated 2200 in fide that means u can even get 2500 here and pls do write in small letters as caps is considered shouting . you see those who r titled in real life get titled here ratings doesn't matter there r FMs 1900 rating and FMs with 2900 rating so rating just don't matter .

Apologies, I do not want to shout at all, still I feel it is sad that I do not know if I play against an average club player or FM, if the ratings can not be adjusted perhaps there can be an indication of what rating means what?

As already said, don't compare the ratings literally. Lichess rating is based on Lichess games and FIDE Elo is based on classical games. Of course, they correlate. Nevertheless there are "average club players" super strong at fast times and there are rusty old titled players who do not live up to their former OTB peak level at online blitz.

Your blitz rating here is 2410, so ideally when you play blitz, you should be playing other players on the site with a similar rating. If your rating is too high, you will lose more games to them than you will win so your rating will go down.
You'll then have a more realistic rating and hopefully find a level where, when you play others of the same rating, you win and lose approximately the same number of games.
