UB is just a reflection of your internet speed, mouse quality & mouse skills (it's pretty much like playing a shooter).
The only chess related requirement is that you know how pieces move and recognize when you're in check.

Yeah, anything above 2000 is technically considered an expert rating
well, that was rather short yet empty, now how do I get there?
If you want 2000 ELO ultrabullet. You need a high-quality mouse and good Internet
