So an my account june 19 my blitz elo was around 1554 or something but on the activity it showed 1634 idk if its a bug or just glitch on my screen

Indeed there seems to be a gap of more than 70 rating points between your last blitz game and the one before last. Getting a refund because of losing to a cheater could be an explanation, but probably not for that many points.

Idk if i played a cheater, all my games seemed legit and i dont think som1s cheating

Actually, u joined a tournament with rating 1634. Then in that tournament u defeated a 1100 and gained 2 points. Thus ur 'inaccurate' rating in the tournament went up to 1636. Thats fine, but in fact, before the tourney u had played 16 games, when you had the rating of 1634. So, after the loss of these games, ur rating in ur profile shows 1564, but ur activity in the tournament shows 1634, and as u defeated the 1100 u gained 2 pts. Therefore the 1562 rating u had prior to the tourney, added up to 1564.
