What on earth is going on with your server?? My game is frozen

The user abandoned the game minutes ago, but my clock continued to count down, even after I was given the
" claim victory" message, and I accepted the victory.

The game is still live, when it should be a closed game.

Something is wrong either with their servers or their hoster's datacenter. If it's obvious for everyone - they're likewise aware.
