I assume you're talking about this game. Your "expert" will tell you that you got disconnected.

You probably lost your connection to the server.
The cure is to refresh CTRL F5.

Its been disconnecting alot lately for me as well in every game, despite having great connection to other sites. Others have this issue as well?

Not all computers or PCs have the same shortcuts, and he might have been playing on a device that is portable because you don't often lose connection if you are on one place

Have you tried to log in and out again?

That usually works for me
