A question about Ligas.

Could anyone explain to me what happens to a team took 6st place in a Liga?Where does it go?There's no info about this in description

Teams from 4th to 7th position remain in the same liga next week. It is mentioned in the description of each tournament.

In this case there is a small problem. My team is not in today's league 13C, although it took 6th place last Sunday.
