I don't see the pieces on the board

On my phone, I have android 8.0. From the beginning of September when I open the lichess app (and also chrome browser) I don't see any piece on the board (only shadows at the place of queens and rooks, and nothing on the place of pawns and other pieces.) So I can not use this site. But today I did login from a windows PC, and now I can see the tactics in the correct mode. Please explain how is possible to solve this problem

Go to Preferences and check you don't have blindfold pieces selected at the bottom

I controlled, I don't have blindfold pieces at the setting, but I don't see pieces on the board, only something in the place of rooks and queens. The same I see when I open for example a default game of high rating players, the tactics, analysis board, or any other board

If you write here your email address I can send you a screenshot of my phone. The same problem is for lichess app and chrome browser on my phone

I have the same issue too. I can't play on my phone. I can only see shadows of some of the pieces on the board
