Chess social deduction game

I've been playing this game with friends. There are two teams of 3-5 players who play opposite sides of one chess game. On each side's turn each player on the team submits a move they want to make. A random one of the moves is chosen. The twist is that each team has an imposter who is secretly helping the opposing team. Teams may vote out a player on their team at any time, so the imposter has to be sneaky about his sabotage. The winner is whichever team wins the chess game.

I doubt it's possible to determine who actually first came up with the idea (it occurred to me around 2018 or so), but FWIW, molechess.com is up and running and there's a discord for it as well: https://discord.gg/zKNHTQ5Tn4

Oh, cool. I did come up with it independently. Sorry, @ZugAddict.

Once in awhile games are organized in the discord or via an impromptu twitch/youtube stream. If there's interest let me know and I'll fix the login bug (currently I think we can only log in as guests).

How can the team deduce who the imposter is? Other than randomly voting, which should cause some sort of debuff if done too often(?).
