Every move in every game with no exception it always “reconnects” and it takes 30 seconds away from my clock. But the only thing that works is the resign button, my internet is fine.

This used to happen to me a lot.i play on my smart phone and I found if I move near a door or window or outside I have a stronger signal and I don't disconnect.hope that helps cause I know how frustrating disconnects are (always seemed to happen when I was winning).cost me over 100 rating points.
