Considering that their response to privacy concerns usually is ghosting I can't say I am surprised.
its good someone is raising this, people play blindly there but miss out on so many things Chess.com tracks via Meta pixel and other things. That is why I'm building my FOSS version so I can use my app where I know what is being tracked and what not, I hope other chess players support and just use FOSS chess guis like Lichess, ChessAgine, ChessKit etc!!

The funny thing is that when they do ask somewhere hidden in their user agreement , I would just click "agree" without reading anyway lol.
I always use a VPN when on chess com and I have my camera cover'd at ALLLLL TIME'S!!!
