Assuming they're dates formatted in writing the way people in the US typically format dates, 9/11 and 7/11 would be September 11 and July 11.

President Trump, years ago during his first term, once incorrectly referred to 9/11 as "7/11" during a speech and was criticized and mocked for it.

9/11, again, assuming it's a date written in the common US format usually refers to the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001.

7/11 isn't really meaningful aside from Trump's blunder that one time and the fact that it's also the name of a convenience store chain. I don't know why the convenience store is called that.

7-11 is the opening and closing hours of a popular convenience store, which is named for the opening and closing hours (so it's called Seven-Eleven)

9-11 is the American police dialing number in case you ever want to report an emergency and also the date of a symbolically planned Islamic terrorist attack that I'd rather not talk about as around 3,000 people died in the attack.
