There have been a lot of rather useless examples of German words, which aren't really applicable in everyday situations.

The good thing about Viennese (overhered conversation of two electricians):
A Leuchtstoffröhrenabdeckung is a Leuchtstoffröhrenabdeckung and nothing but a Leuchtstoffröhrenabdeckung.
My other memory of Vienna are two broken subway trains in two days (Oida!).
