Celebrating a different day as your birthday is possible, but that doesn't change the day you were born. For example, if you were born on May 20 (random day), you can't just say you were born on November 16 out of nowhere... the day of your birth is still May 20th
Personally I was born at midnight and nobody checked the time so I have two birthdays.
