How to overcome negative thoughts

Don't stay alone at home and fixing on your state; I would say that's the worst you can do about it.

I suggest you to go outside having simple walks, maybe in a park where you will be able to hear birds, see squirrels jumping from trees to others, etc. You might then meet people who will greet you and maybe talk to you.

Try to do simple things that will help you to switch your mind until you find something that gives more sense to your life; longer terms goals.

Keep hope and good luck!

When I feel the way you do, I go shopping for a new dress. I suggest you do the same. There are some cute summer dresses currently available at Kohl's.

What do you think? Do I need this dress?

You obviously were paying attention. That dress is on sale. If I were you, I would hurry to Kohl's now before they sell out.
Doing stuff, specially the one requiring a lot of physical activity.

You have no time to think. And the hard work releases endorphins.

So, going to the gym comes to mind. But you can also lawn your yard, fix stuff in your house, clean your room or paint it, go play a soccer or basketball game, run a couple of laps on the neighborhood, or, well maybe do something about the problem. Most problems can be fixed, replaced, salvaged, changed, or improved.

Crying about it wont do a thing except probably making it worse.

And sometimes is not even an issue, just a perceived one.

It's not that everyone are toxic
There are some good people too who doesn't show themself as good and they are the true non toxic
