How Leader of the team can see all member of the team?
You should be able to view all of them at the bottom left corner of your page.
(Side note: You can't do so on mobile devices, unfortunately.)

If you are on PC, then on the left column below chat , you can seel all the members whereas on Mobile , you won't be able to see like that , but yes would be able to find out by the link given above in #3 post.
