Does anyone know the formula used to calculate the amount by which your tactics rating is increased/decreased for each problem?
I assume it uses the exact same ELO/glicko-2 system as normal play.
That is, the exact formula depends on who you're playing (in this case, the puzzle rating), how much you've played (in this case, number of tactics puzzles), and your rating (in this case, tactics rating).
In general, the more times the puzzle has been played and more times you have played games, the more "confident" Lichess is about your rating. So you'll gain/lose less points per win/loss. If you beat a higher rated puzzle, you'll gain more than if you beat a lower rated puzzle. Likewise for losing.

I have a related question about puzzle rating. I just solved the daily puzzle but my puzzle rating did not increase (it showed a +0 after my rating).
So I presume this means I took too long to figure out the solution!?
Any idea how time factors into the rating calculation?
Thanks.

Update: I just solved the daily puzzle, a new one, in just a few seconds but still no puzzle rating increase: 1956 +0. So I guess time is not a factor.
What's going on? Why won't my rating increase after solving a puzzle?

Solving daily puzzles don't give you rating points. It's been this way since the 1st day I joined so I guess it's not a glitch. Also, I don't think rating points gained for solving puzzles are linked to time which is a good thing.
Thanks for clearing that up Adamantis.
