Bullet chess: how to mate in 10 sec with king and queen

It is very hard for me to mate with king and queen within 10 sec (no increment). Is there any tips like premove patterns and so on?
The position I tried against computer is "8/8/8/8/1p6/8/k2K4/8 b - - 4 54". My success rate is like 30%

or am I just "too weak, too slow"? xD

I think u shud first try it with20 seconds, then 15 seconds, and so on.
