This is a commonly underrated opening. It is a waiting move to "play Black with White" and to play a reversed Chebanenko Slav.
The "problem" is that you didn't control the center with this move. So I recommended doing so on the second move, like this:
With a reversed Chebanenko/Chameleon Slav (Look that up if you don't know it)
What if Black plays 1...e5? Easy:
With a reversed Caro-Kann (Well known opening).
Also there is a well known bullet/ultrabullet system, arising from many different move orders:
