I don't understand.
Noflaps has no official ratings on his lichess, and I have played more games than him/her.
@Noflaps has played 20,808 games, and you've only played 3,016 games. Most of @Noflaps' games are unrated though, so you are correct in your observation that he lacks a rating as well as flaps.

With Kasparov's help, definitely yes.
Hmm...
I would say I could beat any world leader in chess.
Rating? I'm a simple man. With simple needs. Ratings are for the young. I do not long for glory. I long only for flaps. And they have been denied me.

The authorities are simply trying to avoid another disaster...

Well, since he has a good rating, maybe Noflaps could consider playing rated games.
If they ever play and Noflaps wins, then Putin's rating could go down if he has one.
Rated games are almost better than correspondence games because your rating will drop down and rise up depending on how you play, so analyzing seems more needed.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you just said.
@NeuralGnat, the authorities are well-intentioned, no doubt. But being sans flaps is a burden I don't deserve yet still must embrace.
But at least there's Liverpool, there to comfort us all.

You crazy sportsball people, I'll never understand your passion. Ah well, at least I learned a new sportsball term.
Liverpool is not a "new" term, @NeuralGnat. It's a long-established and glorious city, where, if I am not mistaken (and what are the chances of that?), the very first newspaper chess column was published in the early 1800s.
And while Liverpool has a celebrated chess history, it is with respect to football that Liverpool dazzles so reliably.
Although they've done pretty well with musicians, too.
