Hi, just wanna ask one of my friend participated in a swiss tournament, and he got 7th at the tournament. After like 1 hours, he realised his name has been removed from the tournament. Does anyone know how does this happen? Now he cant claim his price from the organiser...

but his account still valid to play, so what does that means?
It might be a lag/glitch or lichess got confused that your friend is hacking or after some days his account might get banned.

Either a glitch or his account was suspicious. Or maybe the tournament had ended but he/she didn't know?
Tell him to contact his organiser. And if he got banned after a few days, appeal to Lichess.
