The opening 1.f4 d5 2. Ke2 seems to work as an opening for white, or in general the moves f4 followed by Ke2 (unless f4 is followed by e5). I haven't seen anything in the literature talk about it, but it allows a fortress structure around the white king, and you can bring out the knight with 3. Nf3 and also fianchetto the bishop and allow room for the rook on h1 to move on the first rank.
