Yes, because it honestly may have been a good game or a well-played game up to that point. Additionally, they may be a person who courteously says "gg" or "wp" after every game.
I see what you're saying, but honestly, they might have not realized it was a mouseslip. Usually, when I know it's a mouseslip, I'll just say something like "Unlucky, sorry (Player Name)." Would you prefer that?
@SoccerTan26 I wouldn't. It's best if you just ignore it and say nothing at all
Thread piracy: I hate it when it's a drawn position and people prefer a click war instead of a draw (which I basically always lose). Now if the position still has a few pawns that need to promote, then I can understand playing on, but if (f.i.) 2 kings are all that remain and 20 second are left, I can't understand that players are happy winning because they can move the pieces quicker, which is basically just agility practice.
I always respond
@Alramech I mouseslipped after about 10 moves - typically theory is meant to be well played
@SoccerTan26 I said in game chat after I mouseslipped

Of course. It's ridiculous.
I don't chat with my opponents.
@BBLGL If all that's on the board are two kings, a click war will only create a draw anyway, but I get your point and of course I hate that, too. It's part of what makes bullet and to a lesser extent blitz not-chess, if you ask me.
Not that anyone asked me.
