Are Eastern players better than Western players?

I don't know if this makes sense statistically. I am from Italy and when I play in the morning till the mid afternoon, I reduce my points, when I play after dinner I gain points. Is it possible that averagely the Eastern are better? Or maybe I play better in the evening! Maybe lichess can answer to this if there is a victory shift globally from east to west.
This is plausible if the regions have a rating inflation, but you might want to take into account that after you lose points you play against lower rated opponents, and are more likely to win those, so you could just be in a pendulum. After all, you are more likely to win after a break from a losing streak instead of continuing that streak.

Just look at the rating of your opponents. I guess there isn't a difference. So you just play better in the evening.
maybe you are more stressed or something like that in the morning then in the evening.
I mean, there is no basis to attribute any level disparity to ethnicity or so, but there is the case that some areas are stronger than others simply because there are schools or chess is spread through the region.

For instance, my city is one of the superpowers in my country, in fact, last week the national female u-18 tourney happened, she was from here. The reason is because there are many strong players here and they all have schools, there are numerous chess clubs and in some schools (i dont know how your education system works, but im referring to 12-15~) have clubs already, so the kids are very good by the time they join highschool.

So if you get the strongest players of the country, or a certain region, you will probably wont see much difference, but on the amateur level, factors like those are important.
Yes Ayusgman the definition of Wester and Easter is not really right, it's arbitrary and was made by the Europeans thinking that the world was only related to them. So eastern are the countries east of Europe and western are the countries west of Europe.
Far east is the end of Asia (still in the same concept) Middle east follows the same rule.
Well at this point it's just consolidated way of saying. Just like the time refers to Greenwich.
So yes at the end there is probably it's harder to get 2000 point in Russia than it is in the US so when I play in the morning, with a Russian of my same point, he is stronger than I am, and the reverse when I play in the afternoon.
They are better players and more intelligent. But what exactly is an eastern player? Like who is better an eastern papapanamericano or wild wild western americano?
